Student Ambassadors

Student Ambassadors is a discerned commission of Student Council whose members promote student involvement in DSHA service events such as the Auction and Alumnae Weekend. In addition, its members coordinate Dash-a-Thon, the Middle School Leadership Conference, Relay for Life, and assist with other Student Council events.

"The most exciting thing about being a Student Ambassador is that I can give back to the DSHA community by giving my input and ideas for events. Being on this commission has definitely made me become more confident in voicing my opinions."

Student Ambassadors must attend:

Full Student Council Meetings:
  • Tuesday, July 31, 2018: Noon - 3 p.m.
  • Sunday, January 13, 2019: Noon - 3 p.m.
  • State Student Council Conference: Sunday, April 28, 2019

Commission Meetings:
  • Specific commission meeting times will be communicated to commission members upon their admittance into Student Council. 

Additional commission-specific or event-planning meetings may be scheduled throughout the year.

Student Ambassadors allows students to get out of their comfort zone and take on new leadership positions, while also making friends.
