Get Involved

Alumnae volunteers are essential to the success of our alumnae events and programs. From planning DSHA Connect, being a class reunion planner, or serving as an alumnae table captain for the DSHA Auction, the opportunities are numerous and we couldn’t do it without alumnae help! • Class Reunion Planner

Is your class celebrating a reunion this year? Do you enjoy planning Dasher hangouts and class meet ups? Being a class reunion planner is right up your alley. With help from the Alumnae Office, you get to take care of the details— from picking a venue, choosing a menu, and spreading the word to your classmates, you have the opportunity to plan the best party for your class. Contact Alumnae Director Danielle Rabe, DSHA ’08 at RabeD@dsha.info if interested.
  • DSHA Auction Alumnae Table Captain

The DSHA Auction helps further the DSHA mission to develop our students into capable young women of faith, heart, and intellect. The auction is our largest annual fundraising event, and the money raised helps close the gap between tuition and the cost of education.

Help us further the mission of DSHA, spread the word about the auction, and fill the room with our beloved alumnae! As a table captain, your responsibility is to fill a table with 10-12 of your nearest and dearest (classmates, alumnae friends), collect the money, and turn in a complete table reservation with full payment.

Interested in being an alumnae table captain? Contact Alumnae Director Danielle Rabe, DSHA ’08 at RabeD@dsha.info
  • Girl Talk Volunteer

Each spring, DSHA students volunteer their evenings to make phone calls to alumnae to gather updated contact information and discuss the DSHA Annual Fund. If you ever participated in a phone-a-thon at DSHA, during college, or in your professional career, we would love to have your help in coaching students during our Girl Talk phone-a-thon! You would answer questions and provide tips and guidance -- all while connecting with students.
