Principal Search

Divine Savior Holy Angels High School, ranked the #1 Catholic high school in Wisconsin by Niche, is seeking its next principal to begin on July 1, 2027. DSHA invites faith-filled Catholic educators with a vision for teaching and learning to consider leading one of the finest Catholic high schools for young women in the country.

The deadline to apply is November 15, 2026. Applications are reviewed as they are received, and the search may close before that date, so candidates are encouraged to apply early.

All inquiries and nominations are held in strict confidence and should be directed to Marie Keith at marie@catholicrecruiter.com.

Divine Savior Holy Angels has engaged Catholic Recruiter Associates to lead the search for our next principal.

For nearly 40 years, Catholic Recruiter Associates is a retained executive search firm that works exclusively with Catholic institutions and has never taken a search outside the Church. Its Education Division leads president, head of school, principal, and superintendent searches for Catholic schools nationwide, including all-girls schools.

Every search Catholic Recruiter Associates conducts is built for the school it serves. That work begins with listening: discovery conversations with leadership, faculty, and board members, surveys and focus groups across the community, and the time it takes to understand what a school genuinely needs in its next leader. Using this feedback, the team will work alongside DSHA to find the right leader.

Marie Keith, Vice President of the Education Division, is leading the DSHA search.
