Volleyball Mission
The Athletic Department will support DSHA's mission to develop the whole person and continue to provide a competitive athletic environment that empowers and inspires student-athletes to use their God-given talents to the fullest in a strong, Catholic environment that promotes academics first, competitive success, teamwork, leadership, service and sportsmanship.
Volleyball Vision
The vision of the DSHA Athletic Department is to be the premier athletic program in the state of Wisconsin, setting a standard that other schools strive to meet. The DSHA Athletic Department is committed to developing student-athletes who grow tremendously as teammates and individuals through our core values of academic success, athletic excellence, teamwork, leadership, service and sportsmanship.
Volleyball Core Values
The DSHA Volleyball program strives to support DSHA's Athletic Department Mission and Vision. The DSHA Volleyball program sets a standard of competitive excellence through providing skills and instruction to grow as an athlete; as well as guidance and leadership opportunities to develop the qualities of a DSHA graduate through participation in athletics. The DSHA Volleyball program prioritizes growth and development for student athletes in a competitive, supportive and encouraging environment.

Head Varsity Coach

Coach Ratkowski, DSHA '02 joined the DSHA volleyball coaching staff in 2007 as the freshman team coach. In 2008, she moved to the varsity assistant position until 2014. In 2015 she was named the Head Varsity Volleyball Coach. During her time as the assistant coach the varsity team won four conference titles, six conference tournaments and made four state tournament appearances, winning the State Championship in 2014. In her first year as head coach, she led the Dashers to both conference season and tournament titles, and won the 2015 State Championship. Coach Ratkowski was a 3 sport student athlete at DSHA, and was inducted to the DSHA Athletic Hall of Fame in October 2016.
