Athletics Registration

Each year, students must register to participate in our athletics program. This includes registering online, watching the annual registration video, receiving a baseline concussion test, and completing a sports physical.

Physicals

All incoming students and current students who participated in the 2025-26 season were emailed physical cards. The form must be uploaded when completing the registration process. A physical dated April 1, 2025 or later is required.

ImPACT Concussion Testing

ll student-athletes must take the baseline concussion test (unless they completed the assessment last year). Contact Athletic Trainer Annie Cullen Olivares '04 to schedule a baseline ImPACT test.
