Sister Grace Mary Croft, SDS, DS ’56
To Sister Grace Mary Croft, SDS, DS ’56, her vocation is a love story—returning the love and joy God has given her. Her best moments of her vocation are that of teaching, including serving as faculty and in administration at DSHA.
Sister Grace Mary has spent 30 years in leadership with the Sisters of the Divine Savior. She led the North American Province, and also followed her passion to work with sisters from all over the world by serving on the sisters’ international leadership team in Rome. This international role helped her understand how we are all one body in Christ, and allowed her to appreciate the global mission of the SDS.
Qualities of a DSHA Graduate: She is a leader. Sister Grace Mary has led not only in her religious order, but also as a guiding force in young women’s lives.
