1980 - DSHA Sportswoman of the Year Award, Coach Wiedenbeck retired Lisa’s jerseys and presented them at the 1980 Sports Night Banquet as she was the first Student-Athlete in DSHA history to earn 12 Varsity Letters.
Attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and graduated with a double-major in Physical Education and Health Education. She chose not to participate in college athletics and to focus on her academics. While in college she spent two years coaching a 7th grade volleyball and 9th grade basketball team. She also participated in the intramural program. She graduated magna cum laude.
