Jesuit Excellence Tour (JET) College Application Workshop & College Fair
Marquette University High School - O'Rourke Performing Arts Hall
The College Counseling Center is pleased to share the Jesuit Excellence Tour (JET) will be coming to Milwaukee on Monday, October 9th! The 2017 Milwaukee JET will include 12 Jesuit colleges/universities (see list below) from around the country and offer opportunities for our juniors, seniors and parents to meet with these colleges and learn more about their universities and the college application process.
MONDAY, OCTOBER 9TH
Jesuit Excellence Tour (JET) College Application Workshop & College Fair (see schedule below) Marquette University High School - O'Rourke Performing Arts Hall (direction provides below)
Juniors, seniors and parents are encouraged to attend this engaging discussion of the college application process. JET representatives will lead parents and students through a mock application review and the importance of assembling a strong application. Juniors, seniors and parents from MUHS, DSHA and Cristo Rey will be invited to participate. A Spanish speaking workshop break-out session will be available.
The workshop will take place from 7:00-8:30 pm. A College Fair of JET representatives will be offered from 6:00-6:45 pm, for those families who can arrive prior to the workshop, and repeated from 8:30-9:00 pm, following the workshop.
Evening Schedule:
- 6:00-7:00 pm: Program Check-in – O’Rourke Performing Arts Lobby
- 6:00-6:45 pm: College Fair – Blue & Gold Room
- 7:00-8:30 pm: Workshop - O’Rourke Performing Arts Hall
- 8:30-9:00 pm: College Fair - Blue & Gold Room
The College Fair will be offered twice - an early session for those families who are able to arrive prior to the workshop and repeated following the workshop.

From the EAST: I-94 West to Exit 309A (35th Street), North on 35th Street to Michigan Street, East on Michigan Street to the school parking lot.
From the SOUTH: I-43 North, to I-94 West to Exit 309A (35th Street), North on 35th Street to Michigan Street, East on Michigan Street to the school parking lot.
From the NORTH: I-43 South, to I-94 West, to Exit 309A (35th Street), North on 35th Street to Michigan Street, East on Michigan Street to the school parking lot.
From the EAST: I-94 West to Exit 309A (35th Street), North on 35th Street to Michigan Street, East on Michigan Street to the school parking lot.
From the SOUTH: I-43 North, to I-94 West to Exit 309A (35th Street), North on 35th Street to Michigan Street, East on Michigan Street to the school parking lot.

PARKING AND ENTRANCE
Enter the parking lot at 33rd and Michigan. Guest parking is available in any of our lots. Please enter the school using our Michigan Street (Henke Center) entrance.
EVENT LOCATION
Event check-in will be held in the O’Rourke Auditorium Lobby, located on the first floor of our school. Upon entering the school, there will be signs directing you to the auditorium.
