Dashers fall to Germantown

Germantown beats DSHA 77-74
DSHA suffered their first defeat of the season on Friday with a 77-74 loss to Germantown. Germantown led most of the game and held off multiple DSHA surges in the 2nd half. Germantown had three different times in the second half where they led by ten, but the Dashers continued to fight back. A last second three point attempt by Ally Timm fell short, as Germantown held on for the GMC win.

DSHA was led in scoring by Freshman Kennedy Holmes (18 pts). She also had 9 rebounds. Senior Alexa Jarecki had her first double double of the season with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Freshman Ally Timm finished with 9 rebound and 13 points. Emily Capper was the fourth Dasher in double digit scoring with 17 points.
