Teachers who teach less than 80% are available at various times.
Please check the schedule below and plan accordingly.
How Do Conferences Work at DSHA?
Conferences will be held in the World Languages classrooms, Social Studies classrooms, Fridl Commons and Quad. “Contact me” sheets will be available for teachers who are unavailable. Please note that part-time teachers are not available the entire time. Additionally, teachers will be permitted to take a short break.
You are invited to bring your daughter with you!
Mr. Patrick McAndrew, Director of Student Services, will be available in his office on the 2nd floor.
Mr. Brian Hendricks, Director of College Advising, will be available in his office on the 2nd floor.
Parent-teacher conferences is an opportunity for parents to meet their daughter’s teachers and hear overall observations about their daughter’s learning and performance.
For teachers, conferences provide an opportunity to hear insights about each student’s approach to learning and studying their subject. Where is homework done? Are electronic devices out of reach? Does the student have access to a distraction-free study area? Does the parent observe active studying and engagement? Does the student talk about stress or have questions about time management or planning?
DSHA is no longer printing report cards. You may access your daughter’s report card through your myDSHA account. An email and text will be sent to you when report cards are available.
