Field Hockey Splits

Monday, August 7th-Thursday, August 11th. On the first day of tryouts, please meet 20 minutes prior to the start of your practice for check in and pinney assignment. Please be fully equipped every day including running shoes, cleats/turf shoes, full shin guards, colored mouth guard, ASTM F2713-09 standard goggles, stick and water bottle. You MUST be at all four days of tryouts to be considered for a team unless previously arranged with Coach Sue or Coach Loucks. Exceptions are given only to players cut from golf, tennis or volleyball. Those trying out for volleyball are encouraged to come to field hockey tryouts if interested in playing if they do not make the volleyball team. Be sure to let the coaches know you will be trying out for volleyball. RETURNING JV-RED AND WHITE- 7:45-9:45 am RETURNING V/VR/JV1-10:00-12:15 pm FIRST YEAR PLAYERS-2:00-4:00pm ALL RETURNING PLAYERS- Scrimmage Monday 6:00-7:00 pm. Tuesday, Wednesday, 5:00- 6:00 and 6:00-7:00pm scrimmages. Scrimmage teams will change daily; times and teams will be posted by 2:00. Players may be asked to change practice times following the first day of tryouts. Teams will be announced Thursday at 5:00, all players should plan to attend.
