DSHA Theatre's Percy Jackson Receives Jerry Award Nominations
We’re happy to announce that DSHA’s fall musical, The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical, received 14 Jerry Awards nominations. Based on the popular book series, the mythical show brought Mount Olympus to life as Percy and his friends went on an epic adventure and visited various Greek gods.
The Jerry Awards, run by the Overture Center in Madison, recognizes excellence in high school musical theater across Wisconsin. The finalists in each category will be selected in middle to late May. If selected, the award winners will attend the awards ceremony in early June and may perform. DSHA's nominations are as follows:
