Milwaukee, WI – Wendy Swetzig of West Bend, a senior at Divine Savior Holy Angels (DSHA), received a Certificate of Excellence from the 2004 Prudential Spirit of Community Awards. This honor is presented to the top 10 percent of all applicants from the state in this year’s program.
